Get to Know Phil
Phil completed a Diploma of Remedial Massage at the Australian Institute of Natural Therapies and his Advanced Diploma of Myotherapy at the Victorian College of Health Education. He has also completed studies in Myofascial Dry Needling, Laser Therapy, Advanced Cupping, and Myofascial Release.
Phil has worked in both clinical and corporate sectors of the health industry. With over 20 years of practice, he has acquired a broad knowledge of muscular issues and injuries and is experienced in treating a wide range of postural problems.
Phil began Melbourne Combined Natural Therapies in 2005 as a solo practitioner working out of a Southbank medical centre. In 2007, he moved the practice into a gym just a few doors away, expanding to two treatment rooms to support business growth. In 2009, he secured a lease for a new space within 50 metres of the gym, which allowed further expansion by an additional two rooms.
In 2018, Phil and current business partner Cal Savage relocated the clinic to its current location within the Southgate complex. Since then, the practice has continued to grow, now with additional clinics in Little Collins Street (Melbourne CBD) and Brunswick.
