Let’s say a therapist works an 8-hour day, including breaks and lunch; they can only work for 7 hours a day. That’s around seven one-hour massages. So, their entire day’s pay needs to come from those seven clients, unlike a yoga teacher who can teach up to 20 people at a time and spread out an hour’s pay between those people. A therapist can’t. Also it costs a lot of money to run a quality clinic so a large portion of the fee charged is allocated to rent, laundry, bills and equipment.

Remedial massage is a targeted and focused form of massage. It involves assessment, analysis, and treatment. Remedial massage is more focused on identifying the underlying cause of pain and is recommended for chronic and long-standing conditions such as lower back pain. So, what is the average remedial massage cost in Melbourne?

Absolutely! It’s possible to get remedial massages for 30 and 45 minutes.
