Shoulder Stretches
The shoulder muscles sit between the body and the head/neck area and into the upper arms. As the shoulder is one of the most mobile joints in the body, the muscles of the shoulder are complex, and have massive major movement muscles all the way to very fine stabiliser and support muscles.
The shoulder joint is a reasonably unstable joint and is basically made up of 3 bones, the humerus, clavicle and scapula bones. the joint is supported by a muscle group we call the rotator cuff which create a major part of all shoulder movement and stability.
